Things to know about Online/Emailed Gift Certificates: 1. Emailed to recipient as a PDF file 2. Redeemable on our website (www.inhisname.com) OR at our retail store 3. Entire amount must be redeemed in a single transaction 4. Website shopping cart will prevent the recipient from checking out until the entire amount is used 5. For website purchases, recipient enters the voucher code and the amount is deducted from the order 6. Expires after two (2) years 7. No service charges...ever! 8. No tax or shipping is charged for the purchase of a gift certificate 9. Applicable tax and shipping charges apply upon redemption

Things to know about Paper/Mailed Gift Certificates: 1. Traditional gift certificate on heavy stock paper 2. Delivered to recipient by First-Class mail 3. Only redeemable at our retail store (cannot be used on www.inhisname.com) 4. Can be used for multiple transactions 5. When balance drops below $5, recipient is given remainder in cash 6. Expires after two (2) years 7. No service charges...ever! 8. No shipping is charged for the purchase of a gift certificate 9. No sales tax, but due to limitations of our web shopping cart, you will be charged tax if the shipping address of your order (not the gift certificate) is in NC. If this happens we will increase the value of the certificate by the amount of the tax. For example, a $20 gift certificate will become a $21.35 gift certificate 10.
