Welcome to the June 2012 issue of the quarterly electronic Newsletter of In His Name Catholic Store!
After hearing a concert of sacred music on May 12, Pope Benedict XVI praised the conductor for his efforts to increase appreciation for "this rich repertory which expresses the faith of the Church in music." For this edition, in addition to exciting news in regards to the future of In His Name Catholic Store, we will open with the third piece of our four-volume series on art and theology. This edition, we will also include a brief note on the Fortnight for Freedom of the Catholic Church in the United States, as well as a brief introduction to the Sacred Heart Devotion, the final piece of our four-volume series on the cause of canonization of an American priest, the views of the international lay apostolate Catholics United for the Faith on Christian joy, and a Catholic website review. A calendar of upcoming events will close and recap the issue.
